What does 'comingle at the wellbore' mean?

It's an optional reason included on form 1023 with Oklahoma Corporation Commission. I did a search and the best answer I found wasn't all that good. Figured I'd take advantage of those so generous with their understanding here. ; ~ } thanx in advance. Larry
