I have a lease with SPC in Eddy county and doing my regular search to see what’s happening, I came across what I believe to be a sale of the property. This is for well FRED 402H and FRED 442H. What happens to my lease?

In general, your royalties will not be affected, just might be a short delay while everything is transferred. You may have to sign a new Division or Transfer Order.
