hello West Virginia. So i get a lease agreement from Antero, sum for rights of 12 acres McElroy district, and royalties. Only it was only good for 10 days in April, i was away and didn’t open it in time, and had no idea i have land or rights of minerals. Only that it is my dad’s area that he is from (his cousin was Cecil Underwood) and will call records to see what’s up. But This looks like a fine place here to help me with this. I emailed the ‘land dude’ and now all of a sudden they ‘are not drilling there at this time’ ?
