You will have to narrow it down to at least your township and range. There is a huge range in offers which is totally dependent upon the geology. You also did not mention if this was for sales or for leasing. You question is too broad at this point to get a good answer.
Martha's response is dead on. I'm active in Blaine and Canadian (as it seems just about everyone is these days) and the variation in well results and the underlying geology results in a large range of value. Additionally, another large factor is timing of development (or perceived timing of development).

No new cases for new wells in 22-13N-11W. Continental is holding the section with the Young 2-22H well for the time being.
