the area where my minerals are leased there is only one well nearby. in some areas there are many wells. what are the chances that the oil co. will try to put a well or stay where there are many wells located?
thanks.. the land is in two surveys cartwright and watts. it is located around onalaska. closer to trinity county. i keep checking the rrc website. the company that has my lease is alta mesa. they just took over from meridian. i just own the minerals.
my lease is up in july 2012. i hope they will at least lease it again. im new to all this.
