Has anyone else heard of the West Cajeta Prospect in Yoakum County? I know that it includes Sections 255, 257, 269 and many others. Any information on West Cajeta would be appreciated!
I leased there last year - Section 147. I don't much about it other than they paid an nice bonus of 450/ac.
I also leased some minerals in block d sec. 138 in march of this year @ 1/5 for $450/acre and had another company trying to lease same property and he was surprised it was leased.
