The passing of HB 1763 in Pennsylvania basically states the lessor’s ownership interest will be generated from the minerals at the wellhead, not from point-of-sale. If other states (my royalties are in ND) pass a similar law, would state law trump contract law? My post production costs are about 15% of the royalties generated… UGH!
Hello my are wellhead too. But they are always 40 cents to dollar short of market value. Then the operater says they can’t tell me who they sale my gas to. Henry is where mine has to go because of location.
