Got a letter today with lease options saying this company is proposing to drill in Section 2, Township 3N, Range 4W, then have “bottom” in Section 35, Township 4N, Range 4W. Calling it Nightingale 0304.

Planning the 1/5th option, as anything I’ve got interest in there is very small. Just curious if there was any scuttlebutt about the company, area, or future wells.

I was expecting something, as I’d got a few letters from buyers the last 3-5 months.

You can either choose to lease or you can wait for pooling. There is a well going north and a well going south. RimRock has been around for a while. They have positioned the well to leave room for future drilling.
