Well Producing in section I think I have mineral rights?

This well is located in Colorado its loctaion at SENE 24 1N 59W 6 On the deed filed after my Gr aunt passed away shows that I have rights for 24 1N 59W 6. If you look at the COGCC Map it shows a number of wellls that are non producing other than the one mentioned above. It looks like the is well has been producing since 1999

I would find out who the operator is and send a copy of the deed and ask for division orders.
