I have a lease with Apache coming up for renewal in October. I was trying to find out if there is a well here that would hold me to my lease. I haven’t heard from Apache regarding lease renewal.

Any information will be appreciated.

Here’s RRC map of that area. A-1370 is highlighted in blue. Doesn’t show any wells drilled or permitted in there.

In adjoining Section to the east Apache started producing a well last November called the State Bullseye that has made some gas but very little condensate.
