My mom owns 320 acres of Mineral rights in Weld County, Township 8 North, Range 62 West Section 10. We are so new to this. We are currently being offered $20,000 or 125. per net mineral acre. With a royalty of 14.00%. 5 year lease with option to renew for 3 years. I am not able to navigate on the website COGCC to figure out the wells around surrounding areas. Can anyone please guide me what to do next? Or give me advice. It was leased back in 2010 from Diamond and it’s now being pursued again from company Exok… Any suggestions would be appreciated.
