Weld County Mineral Rights Value

Hello, We have inherited mineral rights in Weld County, Colorado. A landsman has contacted us wanting to buy these rights. Can someone help me figure out the value of these rights?

They are Township 2 North Range 68 West Section 6: SE/4 and Township 1 North Range 63 West Section 10: SE/4 and Section 11: NE/4.

Net mineral acres: 7.227

I’m familiar with that acreage. Please reply if you still need help. Your interest in 2/68 is worth substantially more than the interest in 1/63.
