We have interest from Kerr-McGee, what is current market for Bonus and Royalty on 3year 2 year option? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
You may get more offers. Dunamis Energy has several sets of multiunit horizontals permitted/drilled just to the south. Most of us would not want a two year option as that gives the operator or leasing company the power in those last two years while the mineral owner is stuck with no options except what is offered.
There are no current leases in section 2 in the last 24 months. Only one lease in section 11 to the south by Kerr which was an amendment. Dunamis leases in sec 14 were at 20%. Bonus amounts are not public.

Hi. I’ve received many offers and one is on the table because it is offering about 14,500 per acre but the County Office told me that I should ask for more. I’;d like to be in conversation with anyone here who’s with Civitas which just merged with a bigger company and also Oxy, Thanks.

We can’t really help you unless you tell where your acreage is. If you want to share the section, township and range, then we can help you with the activity in the area. Most offers that high are due to pending wells and you need to understand what you might be giving up if you sell. If you do need/want to sell, you need to know more of the facts.
