What leasing are you seeing in T8R58, weld county colorado
I see over 125 leases filed in the last 24 months. Main lessees are Bison IV Properties, Otter Holdings, Stonebriar Energy and Verdad Resources with a sprinkling of others. Most are memorandums but the few I can see range between 3/16ths and 1/5th. Bonus amounts are not public.
I have inherited 13.33 acres in Weld county Township 9 North, Range 61 West, 6th P.M. the old lease expired with white eagle exploration. I’ve not had any luck getting in contact with them. I have no idea if any drilling is going on, if they extended the lease, and if not what my next steps are.
Welcome to the forum. I see a horizontal well by Helena Resources LLC Newton 1-4H which has been producing since 2011. Try contacting them. Very low production numbers.
Mine is section 7. I live in South Carolina and not sure of all that needs to be done. I am sure I will have to contact the county as well. All I know is what I’ve learned from the show Landman! Lol

Making sure we were still talking about the correct section. 7-9N-61W does not have any wells on it at this time.
You would have heard from White Eagle if they were going to extend. Not much leasing in that township in the last 36 months. A bit in the SE corner. Chevron has permits there, so time will tell if they move north.
Passive waiting at this point.

No wells at this time in section 2.
