So my question is what should the going rate of NMA be? Five years ago I leased to Noble but they let it lapse. Now I have received what I consider a better offer from Wildcat Resources for $750 NMA with 18.75% royalty. It’s a 3-year lease with 2 options and that’s on 320 gross 5 NMA in Weld County. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
That is about the going rate in Weld County for the Briggsdale area.
