So my question is what should the going rate of nma be? 5 years ago i leased to Noble but they let it lapse. Now i have recieved what i consider a better offer from. Wildcat Resources for $750 nma w 18.75% ROYALTY its a 3 year and 2 option and thats on 320 gross 5 nma in. Weld county. Any info. Would be greatly appreciated
