I received what seems to be a legitimate offer from Welco Operating or Laramie Operating Company to lease our minerals in 13/63 in Laramie County, WY. Anyone heard of this company? They have a website that says they are in Denver, but not much else is provided. Any idea who they are working for? Any info will be appreciated.
I’ve received an offer recently (August 2019) from Welco Operating to purchase overriding royalty interest in Converse County, WY. I was curious if you ended up having any more interaction with them and if so, what was your experience?
I negotiated a lease with them with reasonable terms, but now it is on hold until they can resolve the permitting issue with Anadarko and the Oil and Gas Commission. They seem to be reasonable people to deal with, and are linked with Windmill Energy/WOV.
Can I ask what you were offered up that way for ORRI?
