Hi All, Just received an offer, via a land man, from COG Operating to lease my interest in the above parcel. I’m told it is only a 0.59375 net m.a. The offer is for a lease bonus of $1,781.25, based on a price of 3,000 per net acre. Does this seem reasonable. Anyone know what the going /n.a. is currently in the area. From he online snooping I’ve been able to do, it appears there are more gas wells than oil in that area. Comments gratefully received. Andy Davis
