Laura: I think it depends on your area. I have read that $0.30/metered bbl is a going price for some areas. Again, if you’re located in an area where water is in short supply, the rates could be a bit higher.
In part of Oklahoma they are paying 60 cents a barrel.
Recently in western Oklahoma water contract was signed for $100 per day.
