Do any surface owners have experience providing water to O&G operators during drilling operations on their land in Eddy County?
We have a water well in a section where a new drill is planned that has viable volume for the rig. I’ve known water agreements are often made with operators but also know that water rights are very confusing in the state and county. Any guidance would be appreciated as to the overall rules around setting something like this up.
