Do any surface owners have experience providing water to O&G operators during drilling operations on their land in Eddy Cnty?
We have a water well in a section where a new drill is planned that has viable volume for the rig. I’ve know water agreements are often made with operators but also know that water rights are very confusing in the state & cnty. Any guidance would be appreciated as to the overall rules around setting something like this up.
