I own 10 acres in Atascosa / Bexar County in Von Ormy Texas about 10 to 15 miles out of San Antonio Texas, I have this land with 100% mineral rights and water rights. The land is directly over the Carrizo Wilcox aquifer recharge zone. What can I do to get a lease for the water and what do I do to get the oil pumps back running, I have information from an old lease back in around 1955 or so. But I am leaning more towards see what I can do with the water.
