Has anyone received lease offers recently in the 5s-52w area. Own 480 acres but live in Oregon. Received lease offer 2 yrs. ago for $11 per acre, 5 yr + 5 yr option, 1/8 royalty by mail. Recently got offer from different company for lease offer of 400 acres for $25 per acre, 5 yr + 5 yr option, 1/8 royalty by mail. I think these are low offers but I not sure what is happening around the area. I have drill records from 1956 about well drilled on property and then abandoned. Records show D sand and J sand amongst other layers. I just wonder if this is significant or not. Thank you.
