Has anyone received lease offers my mail recently in the 5s-52w area of Washington County, Colorado? Received mail lease offer 2011 from Bayswater which I thought was real low. Recently got mail lease offer from Apollo which was not quite as low, but still low. Curious about the activity in the area. Thank you.
