Warning: Do not do business with a company called Red Rock out of Edmond. In August of 2014 they contracted to buy my mineral rights in Grady County. After probating a 30-year-old will, which they agreed to do, the owner now refuses to respond to my lawyer’s efforts to contact him regarding the sale. In my opinion, this company is a fraud, owned by a coward, who is not a man of his word. Plus, Red Rock is missing out on a very good investment chance. I still have the mineral rights and they have “squat.” Integrity is the mark of one’s character.
