Looking for insight on lease bonus rates in ward county Texas section 209 blk 34. Any input would be appreciated , thank you!

Hi Elizabeth. My estimate would be $1500-2000/NMA for a 25% lease here. There are already some producing wells in that section so this would be assuming you’d be leasing a portion of it that’s not producing (maybe the SW4?). If it’d be for depths deeper than wolfcamp then that’s another story.
