Does anyone knows if there is any oil/gas activities going on in Ward County.

I owned 5.64 acres in Ward County in Section 11 and Block 33

I heard a lot of activities going in the area, yet, no one contacted me regarding surface lease or anything of such. I am not sure whether I own mineral rights or not. Can any one tell me how to find out whether I own mineral rights or not?
