I am wanting to sell my mineral rights to a royalty company. Can anyone tell me who to contact (royalty company) that would be interested in purchasing them. I got a letter last november from San Saba royalty company saying they wanted to purchase them and said in the letter that the offer would only be good for 30 days. at the time i was unsure if i wanted to sell them but have decided to sell them and have tried several times to contact San Saba Royalty company but have been unable to get in touch with them. Can any one advise me? And also, how do you or the royalty company come up with a dollar figure per acre? any advise would be greatly appreciated.
