Very new to this and looking for advice

RE: NW/4 Section 185, Block 13 in Reeves County

My family has just 5 acres in this block and we are being offered $15K per acre. Is this a fare offer? Should we request an override?

We are also in Sec. 185 and own minerals in the NW/4. I think your property should be part of the Conger wells. Is someone offering to buy your mineral interests? If so, that is not a good offer. Properties without wells are being leased (not sold) for that amount or more in nearby sections.
