I am interested in the lease laws in Venango Co. and if the lease can be separated to exclude surface drilling, plugging and liabilities and made secure for the future of natural gas ventures with the approval of the owners of the mineral rights approval. Steve no interest right now but drilling companies are buying up mineral rights in the area.
