Valuing mineral rights in Colorado

Do counties in Colorado use a general dollar amount to value mineral rights per acre? My father passed in March of 2021 and blessed us with these mineral rights. I know that the counties work off an assessed value and an actual value. I’m not looking to sell, I just want to get a general idea about how much these inherited minerals are worth. All of the minerals are in southern and south eastern Colorado. I realize that a lot of factors influence the value of minerals. I’m just looking for a way to calculate a baseline.

Thank you!

All minerals are not created equal. You should be more specific by giving legal descriptions.

Following up on what Todd said, think of it like land. You could have 10 acres of surface land on the outskirts of Denver, and ten acres in Baca county. They will not have the same value.
