Someone is interested in purchasing our WI, NRI, ORRI, in 3 wells. 110 acre gross lease, our working interest is .2636730 with NRI of .2162943. We are trying to determine a fair market value. Appreciate any comments.

You may have horizontal wells coming. OCC cases have already been filed. You have room for additional horizontal wells, so if you don’t need to sell, then you might wait a year and see what happens!
