Although people say never sell your mineral rights, I wonder if anyone could suggest a reasonable selling price range for some 500 net non-producing acres near/in the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge. No wells, only a handful of seismic studies during the last three decades (the most recent one eight years ago), four tracts (not all contiguous), about 1100 acres. Thank you.
Our family owns about 100 acres of minerals in the Iowa Colony. We're hoping for a good lease one day and some good production. But we don't have any plans to sell... unless of course someone comes to us with an offer we can't refuse.
