I recently found out through the US mail my Dad (deceased) had ownership in a gas well in Section 13, Township 1, Charles State. I mailed the company an affidavit notarized for a disinterested party. Does anyone know if I can claim legal ownership of the well even though my Dad’s will was not probated?
