I am looking to sell half of my mineral property in Harrison County, TX. and wondered what the fair value might be for the acreage. The property is next to the old Military Installation and borders plant road.

You might do some research and learn what wells are located near your mineral area and find out the production figures for these wells. If you are referring to the area near Karnack, TX, there has been wells drilled in the old ammunition plant. The RRC of Tx would have this information about these wells. Also, you might want to post under the "New Mkt Place" above. You can list your mineral area at this site but be sure to give an accurate description of the area.
