Value of mineral interest

I am trying to determine the value of my mineral interest in Atoka County, OK and Bryan County, OK. Where do I begin?

Located in Atoka County, OK Section 33-4S-9E and Bryan County, OK section 1-5S-9E.

If you are talking about selling your interests you should find an appraiser you can trust. If you’re talking about leasing then the bonuses I have had recently were in the $300 to $500 per acre depending on the county. There has been some interest over the last year in both. Hope that helps.
