I have noticed more interest lately in people wanting to buy our family’s land in Pecos County, Texas. Do any of y’all out there have an idea of why?

Although it isn’t exactly next door to your land, I have Pecos County property in Block 1 Section 9 that has had zero interest or offers in a very long time. I hope areas of Pecos County are starting to show some interest. Wishful thinking I’m sure!
