Validity of a oil and gas company

I have been receiving calls from several people from a company called Vanguard Partners TX I’m firstly trying to determine if they’re a legitimate company or if this is simply scam phone calls? I can’t seem to find much information on the Company out of I assume Texas.

Has anyone had any experience with these types of phone calls from this particular entity? I’m very busy and I don’t like wasting my time with people that are scammers. Of course no one does.

Thank you,

Yes, I’ve heard of them. I believe they are a small mineral buying company out of Dallas. Where are the mineral rights located that they are offering to buy?

I tried to verify the location of the company in Dallas on Greenville and do not believe they are actually at that location.

There have been two gentlemen that have reached out to me with the same questions and I’ve asked them who owns the company. What their phone number and I don’t get any answers..

I have read several bad reviews online about them, calling people. They want to buy your royalties, but they’re not willing to pay much for them and if you don’t accept the first offer, they come back with a better and they don’t reply very promptly.

I told him if I sold any royalties or properties it would have to go through a legal Title company but they want to use a lawyer that’s pretending to be a lawyer in my opinion.

So it seems to me if I turn over royalties on a legal document and they never send me any money which is what I’ve read online then it has to be a scam.

I just don’t know what else to think. There is is a registered company but can’t find any phone numbers.

Only found one phone number called it and they said oh that company’s not in this building.

Vanguard from what I know is in business. It’s just a company that sends out lots of letters offering low prices typcially to see if you want to sell. There are lots of companies like this. They may be just trying to get cheap minerals or they may be trying to put together a bigger play.
