Valence Operating - Harrison, TX

My aunt is having some challenges with royalty payments from Valence since they switched to an ACH platform. All steps taken to comply with the direct receipt of funds rather than the old school check have been completed correctly. However, though my aunt’s sister who shares an identical interest is receiving her production funds monthly since the switch, my aunt has not received any since the change. This is now been going on for four months.

Multiple calls, emails with complete documentation & owner number screen shots, etc. have garnered no response from Valence OWNER RELATIONS. I’d like to as you all, where does she go next to get this resolved?

She should try a certified letter return receipt with copies of all of the documentation that she has already sent, copies of the emails, and dates of the phone calls. Demand interest! That usually gets their attention!

I am in the exact same boat. I haven’t received a payment since January when they made the switch to ACH, despite me finally getting a response in April saying the documentation was processed and I should be receiving payment soon. They’ve completely ghosted me now.

Send the demand letter by certified mail to have a paper trail and demand interest which is building up by now.
