We currently own a vacant drilling pad that was leased by the drilling company and never drilled but due to lack of production has been released. Our mineral rights lease have also been released due to lack of production.
Would prefer a drilling company drill the well, just not sure if there’s any options to encourage drilling.
If the operator is interested, they will find you. If you want to share the section, township and range, we can help with activity and whether it is close by or not.
That would be great it’s in, Section 9, Township 12 Range 6. I have a feeling the pad’s existence has slipped through the cracks.
There are no horizontals in that section yet. Good news s that there have been a few leases in the last 24 months, so something may happen.
