Thanks very much Clint, for all the info. you send me. I went through all 21 pages of the drilling permits and could not find track 52 and 96. Apparently these wells were permitted long before 1999, therefore not on the list.
I approached one of the firms that made offers to us and was informed that Track 52 was originally named as well API # 46103743 which is now not on the permit list nor on the completion list. This must be the producing well you found. It yields around 120 to 169 barrels of oil monthly, yes, monthly. Wonder why Pioneer is still pumping it, or, whether plans to frack it through the shale in future. Any ideas?
Track 96, API# 46103744, must be the plugged well you found.
