Would like to hear from anyone who has recently been approached to lease their Mineral Interests the Cheyenne Co., CO. Just want to determine if the offer we received is close to any others.
We know how to do the mineral interest leasing. Just want to know what other owners are getting as offers. If this is what you can help me with, great!
As we are unfamiliar with this mineral group, could you explain it a little more? i.e. are these indifividuals who have mineral acres in these counties trying to go together to work at getting the best offers from land/oil companies when they are interested in a certain area in one of the Cheyenne, Kiowa and Bent counties? If not, what is the purpose of this group.
