Received Oil & Gas Lease offer from Leasehold Interests, L.L.C. out of Dallas, Texas. The offer was for $175.00 per acre, part of the James Hall Survey, A-29, for a 3-year primary term with an option of a 2-year extension and 3/16th royalty. Is this the going rate for this area? They also said I only had 30 days to execute the lease or all terms and bonus payments will be void.
Oh, and the letter was signed by a company called RWT Land Services, L.L.C. out of White Oak, Texas.
