Received Oil & Gas Lease offer from Leasehold Interests, L.L.C. out of Dallas, Tx. The offer was for $175.00/per acre, part of the James Hall Survey, A-29, for a 3 yr primary term with an option of a 2 yr extension and 3/16th royalty. Is this the going rate for this area? They also said I only had 30 days to execute the lease or all terms and bonus payments will be void.
Oh, and the letter was signed by a company called RWT Land Services, L.L.C. out of White Oak, Tx.
P.S. The deadline is 4/3/14!
