Unpaid profits

Continuing the discussion from Non payment on Miller well in Love County:

The Manning lease was signed in 2014 in the Love County Courthouse in March 2014. CASE #FB-2014-2 involved RD Davis. However, the lease and 2 year option expired in March of 2019 with no drilling on Section 033. I don’t know how RD Williams acquired the lease, but we, the Indian lease holders gathered again in July 20, 2023 and signed a three year lease with RDWilliams, Case #FB-2023-01. XTO had spudded the well in 2020, a year after the first lease with RD Davis company had completely expired. The Mobley Well, #01-21H28X33 was completed Juune 8, 2023. First sale was August 2021 in the amount of $2875.92 BARRELS OF OIL, with subsequent sales noted every month through May 2023.

If you signed an Indian lease, you need to check with the Bureau of Indian affairs. My understanding is that they have to approve any leases. It can get complicated!

The Bureau of Indian Affairs signed off on the leasein 2014 and 2023. Thus far, no response from XTO, the operator, nor The BIA. I have had my division order since November 2021. We signed the lease with RDWilliams in the presence f the BIA on July 20th, 2023.

That checks the BIA box then!
