I have an expired lease on 31-10-8 in Grady County and a company offered to lease it. They wanted 30 days to do title, they said. I signed and notarized the lease, made a copy marked non-negotiable all over the copy I gave them and the time expired and they say they can’t get it done. Am I in any danger of a scam?
