i have an expired lease on 31-10-8 in grady county and a company offered to lease it they wanted 30 days to do title they said, i signed and notarized the lease , made a copy marked non nogotiable all over the copy i gave them and the time expired and they say they cant get it done, am i in any danger of a scam?
