Unleased Mineral Owner

I am dealing with a mineral owner who has inherited some minerals and owns across 5 different sections. One of those sections was never leased when leasing occurred in 2010. Production began in 2013. The original owner nor the heir has signed a lease, and there is no account on the tax appraisal for the mineral owner. I have good title into this individuals name.

There has been good vertical production on the property since 2013 and I feel confident in assuming the wells have more than paid out. There have been 3 different operators on the land over this time period. Does anyone have any direction or guidance about obtaining the royalties due to the mineral owner for after payout production from the three operators who have been the Working Interest owner on the subject lands? Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
