We own mineral interests that are a part of this older Unit Agreement - and we do have an excellent attorney who is helping us with this - just wanted to see if there were any other owners that are a part of this unit who could share if they have looked into this or if anyone has any knowledge of this agreement - Thanks!
I believe our mineral rights are in this area. I, too, have an attorney but try to be pro-active before heading to his office. I have not been approached for leasing as yet. One person has said that there are 2 permits that have been approved in the Santorini unit in Sec. 44 which is one of the tracts I have rights in. If you find anything out, please share with me & I’ll pass along anything I find out. I did look the permit up & it is there.
