We recently had a new operator buy all of our existing leases, United Oil & Shale. I think in the long run it’s a good thing since they are getting some shut-in wells going. However, I spoke to the contact and he said we didn’t need division orders since it was the same leases. The Railroad commission shows that there has been production with the new company starting in November of 25. The last check we received was from the former operator for a small amount of production in October. Should we not have seen some division orders by now? Also, do they have 60 or 120 days from the end of the first month of production to send payments? Any knowledge of this or help would be greatly appreciated!
