A company leased 160 acres from me then proposed a unit leaving me out. After a back and forth I was advised by an attorney to take 36% of the unit and sign a voluntary agreement. The well site is on my property now and the well has been drilled about 4 months ago producing oil and gas. I have been told that they want to drill a few more wells on my property. The unit is 250 acres big and it is ridiculously formed giving the adjoining mineral company most of the unit when the wells will all be on my property. What do I do?
