I was looking at wells in production in 34-4N-4W in Garvin county and saw that Marathon has the HOLLYLUJAH 0404 well and the JIMMIE DELL 0404 that we aren’t getting paid on. If these are 640-acre horizontal wells and we own in the S2,SW4 of 34-4N-4W, then why wouldn’t we be getting paid on this well regardless of where we own in the section?
Those two wells have the spud in the very bottom corner of section 34 but the actual producing part of the wells are in section 35. So people in the 640 acre spacing in section 35 get the revenue off those wells.
