How does one correct a typo in the records that was made decades ago in Midland Texas on the Block number by a trust that no longer exists?
The Block # does not exists at all in Texas. I have yet to contact my attorney on this one.

I would suggest an affidavit that says the description of the premises made on the deed in 2006 was a scrivener’s error and that the correct description is Block no. x.
Then record the Affidavit in the county clerks records.
If true, you can always add that you have been paying taxes on the property in Block x since 2006 and that Block Z does not exist.
Thanks Tim as always you have an answer. I really don’t want to involve my O/G Attorney as the cost is hard to justify. Again many thanks, MK
