Could someone please direct me to a website, or something, that explains how to make the Tyler County, West Virginia Records Website work? I’ve downloaded the Silverlight software; it does nothing!

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10. Before that, I used Internet Explorer as the search engine since that was recommended. Now I find that Firefox works better than the other search engines.
